Cyber Intelligence privacy

This page describes the portal's specific processing. The general EudorIA notice contains the controller, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise your rights.

Account data

To create and manage the account we process company, name, work email, phone number and any VAT number. The number may be passed to the appointed provider solely to deliver and verify a single-use SMS code. EudorIA keeps the status and date of verification, not the code. Passwords are stored only as Argon2 hashes. MFA, protected recovery codes, sessions and security logs serve to defend access.

Preferences and entered content

We process watchlists, suppliers, Radar domains, declared software, newsletter preferences and callback or support requests. Each company accesses only its own space; authorised administrators act for support, security and service management.

Radar

For verified domains we keep the DNS proof of authorisation, the observed public DNS and TLS configurations, the history and the correlations with intelligence sources. Radar does not run invasive scans and does not acquire credentials or internal content.

Informational access and SOC service

Registration does not enable agents, sensors, log collection, traffic or customer telemetry. Any future operational processing requires a separate perimeter, responsibilities, privacy measures and contract.

Newsletter and EudorIA communications

The topic subscriptions requested by the user can be paused or deleted from the portal. Further marketing communications require a separate consent, optional and revocable from the Security section. Withdrawal does not limit the informational use of the service.

Account closure

You can request closure and data export by writing to info@eudoria.it. Information is deleted or anonymised according to the timeframes stated in the general notice, except for legal obligations or protection needs.
