3. Free period
The introductory access to Cyber Intelligence lasts six months from registration, ends without renewal or automatic charge and does not include infrastructure monitoring, sensors, scans, on-call availability, incident response or SLAs.
4. Permitted use
The portals may be used only for lawful, professional and defensive purposes. It is prohibited to attempt unauthorised access, circumvent limits, upload data or configurations you are not authorised to process, interfere with the services or use the content for offensive activities.
5. Information and results
Intelligence information derives from public sources and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Path results represent technical evidence obtained from the inputs provided and do not on their own prove a vulnerability or compromise. No content constitutes certification, legal advice or a security guarantee.
6. SOC services and operational activities
A callback request does not authorise EudorIA to access systems, collect telemetry or intervene. Assessment, monitoring, SOC support, delivery and operational responsibilities begin only after scope, privacy measures, fees and contract are approved by the parties.
7. Availability and changes
EudorIA maintains continuity and security of the services, but free access may be suspended for maintenance, risk, abuse or product evolution. Features may change; substantial variations will be communicated in an understandable manner.
8. Ownership and sources
The EudorIA trademark, interfaces, models and original content remain EudorIA's. Third-party sources retain their own ownership and conditions and are indicated when used.
9. Liability
Operational decisions must be validated against the real context by competent personnel. To the extent permitted by law, EudorIA is not liable for decisions taken using free information without the necessary professional verification. Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law and those defined in specific contracts remain unaffected.
10. Closure and applicable law
The user may request account closure by writing to info@eudoria.it. Italian law applies; for business-to-business relationships the competent court is the one defined in the specific contract or, in its absence, the one provided by the applicable rules.
